FAQs - Shipping and Ordering
What are your shipping rates?
On orders in the USA we offer two rates which you can choose in the checkout process. In addition there is automatic free shipping on orders of $50.00 or more.
Standard First Class Shipping (5 - 7 business days): $4.99
Priority Shipping (2 - 3 business days): $7.99
Do you ship to APO's?
Yes we do! Shipping generally takes longer and can sometimes take over 20 days. Please keep in mind that we can not ship Priority EXPRESS to APOs.
Why don't you guarantee shipping?
We can only guarantee what is in our control. We place our faith and trust in our shipping providers, but cannot guarantee their performance.
Do you ship internationally?
YES! We have received and fulfilled orders from many different countries. Sometimes shipping internationally takes a long time. Customs can hold up a package for a number of days. Be patient and give it at least 30 days.
For our Canadian customers, shipping is fairly fast and less expensive at $11.50USD. Sometimes shipping internationally takes a long time. Customs can hold up a package for a number of days. Be patient and give it at least 30 days.
For other countries, we offer different rates at checkout, depending on your location. Sometimes shipping internationally takes a long time. Customs can hold up a package for a number of days. Our experience has been that Mexico, and South American countries are the slowest to deliver. Be patient and give it at least 30 days.
What are your international shipping rates?
We offer different rates for international shipping which depends on your location. You also offer more than one choice of shipping again, depending on your country. You can choose the method you want in the checkout process.
What about duties and fees?
Due to the complexity of international laws and taxes, we do not include those fees in orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If an order is refused, than you are responsible for the original shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping.
When is your order cutoff time?
Orders that come in after 12pm PST will be pushed to the next business day. We strive to ship out all orders within 24 hours; however if we cannot fulfill an order within 3 business days then we will notify you of options. Our business days are Monday through Friday, so orders placed late on Friday will not be filled until Monday.
When are you going to ship my products?
We try to keep an inventory of our most popular rosaries and items on hand but many are made to order as well. We strive to have your order ready and shipped out within the next business day. If for some reason it will take longer, we will contact you to see if you want to make any change. Most orders to go out within a day.
Can I return products?
We guarantee our products. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 90 days of purchase by emailing email@example.com. We can either replace your product or refund your order. Please view our Returns and Refunds Page Here.
Do you sell products to wholesalers?
At this time we only sell our products through our website. Occasionally we will put products up for auction on Ebay.com as well. Our long term goal is to get our products in retail locations or on other online retailers but this is unlikely to happen in 2015. Do you sell Rosary Kits or Parts?
No. We do not supply rosary kits nor do we sell rosary parts. There are many, many companies online where you can buy parts for rosaries. We recommend ParacordGalaxy.com for purchasing paracord. You can also find everything you need in Hobby Lobby or Michaels Craft Stores. Thank you for understanding.
